Pros

Good pay, flexible time off, and hybrid work.

Cons

Leadership is not great, and there is not a lot of mentoring.

Getting up to speed and learning the codebase is awful.

Other than company onboarding, there is very little training and documentation for existing services.

The on-call rotation is terrible.
