A lot of unnecessary politics. Lack of cultural diversity. Most employees are from Asia. Depending on the team and project, there can be boring work for the younger generation.
Keep your young talent around by giving them opportunities to grow.
Embrace open source and newer technologies, and dump legacy internal tools as fast as you can, like a plague.
