Great company, moves like a monolith
- Chill, good work-life balance (Azure is an exception; no good teams in Azure) if in M365.
- Decent salary for the work.
- Not the highest.
- EV2 and config updates are the only things I am doing, not more growth.
- Culture has slowly deteriorated; cross-team collaboration has decreased.
