Good pay for a new grad. No on-call and good work-life balance. Individual office.
As a new grad, I was assigned to a team at random, which happened to be a team I was least interested in or skilled at.
To switch, I had to go through a multiple interview loop. By the time I prepared for them, I was already ready to switch companies.
Make sure the new grad gets a say about where they want to work.
Make team transfer easier.
