Software Engineer
I interviewed with Microsoft as a Ph.D. graduate. Initial on-campus screening. After that, I was invited to an on-site interview. On-site Interview: It was a nice experience. I interviewed with managers and a director. I got three technical questions

Two phone calls were made, one with highly technical questions and another more HR-related. This was followed by a grueling day of interviews in Redmond, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Staff were friendly, especially the recruiters.
