Great work-life balance, not too much deadline pressure. The work is interesting, but this may vary depending on the team. Compensation is good when compared to the cost of living and the average salaries in other companies in Costa Rica.
Compensation in other countries is much better. There was no merit increase in 2023, even though financial results have been great.
