As it is a giant company, the work can become somewhat frustrating. A lot of bureaucracy prevents us from working more freely. A feeling that you don't own what you're doing, since you can't solve most of the problems outside your scope of work alone and have to keep going back and forth with other departments for help. This consumes a considerable amount of time.
