Good place to work at, but with a VERY slow progression
Work-life balance is good, great health insurance, and very impactful work.
Career progression is extremely slow. Raises are small, and bonuses and stock awards are as well, especially for not-so-high levels.
Weirdly enough, if you search for jobs at different levels within the company, the expectation is for one more year of experience per level. However, you will most certainly not be promoted in less than two years, even at lower levels.
LATAM salaries and raises are a joke. US-based interns earn as much as a full-time LATAM-based engineer.
