Stable, beautiful campus, great facilities. Fairly good benefits.
Microsoft is too big. It is extremely slow to make a turn. It has all the legacy of enterprise software. When building something new, the thinking is always to reuse the old stuff and they have to think about backward compatibility.
Focus on the customer need, but not the politics.
