Lots of good engineers with lots of interesting projects to work on. Finding a good fit in a team is mandatory.
Politics and the need for agreements over agreements sometimes stay in the way of progress.
Too many meetings. No free food.
Avoid bad managers that like to micromanage and teams with unhealthy competition.
