Great company for learning and culture, not so much for pay
- GREAT culture (fantastic people, processes, and events centered around people first, employees second)
- Surrounded by world-class individuals (many who've stuck around at Microsoft for decades and many relatively new in their career looking to enliven the company)
- HQ is at a good location. There are many hiking trails, biking trails, scenic routes, etc. in Redmond, WA.
- May depend on the team, but interesting products to work on.
- Pay.
- Engineering could be slow at times.
