Typical software interview: * Design * Behavior * Basic algorithms I'd rate the algorithm problems as LeetCode easy, possibly medium. No graphs or dynamic programming. Three to four interviews, about an hour each, split over a couple of days.

The college hiring process was smooth and quick. I was interviewed by four people and had one tech screen. The interviewers were great and made me feel comfortable. It was a two-day campus hiring process.

I applied to a data science job and put my resume in their candidate pool. Later, I was contacted by a manager from MS's experimentation platform. I then had a phone interview with a SWE, and next was flown out to Seattle for an onsite interview.
