Great company but does whatever they want with you
Great benefits, big company, good culture from high levels, unlimited PTO, etc.
Individual team culture may suck, and they just fired and laid off huge numbers of people without giving anyone severance. If you have elsewhere to be and have a better deal, do it. There's no such thing as company loyalty.
