Great company to work at! Great work environment, and I'm always learning new things. I would highly encourage anyone to apply at Microsoft. They also offer great benefits.
Absolutely no cons. I think Microsoft is a great company. I am a Software Engineer and I love it. I interviewed at other places, and none of them even compared to Microsoft.
My advice to management is that they are awesome. I personally think my manager is great. Most employees at Microsoft are very happy with management!
