Start with a technical screening, followed by four more interviews if you pass that. For me, the fourth interview was contingent on going through the first three. You meet with two developers on the team and then the manager.

Phone and then Superday interviews. This was pretty standard, with five interviews when we were onsite. They also had lunch, but candidates were not evaluated during that time and were not paired with anyone for it.

The virtual on-site interview process was similar to, but not exactly, what the recruiter described. The process consisted of four 45-minute interviews using Codility for technical questions. The interviews were much more focused on LeetCode-style t
