Amazing People, Tough Entry
Microsoft has great pay and benefits. The people are amazing to work with. They are some of the brightest individuals I have ever met in my entire life.
Very difficult to get in. The corporate ladder is existent, but some may not mind it because of the culture and people at Microsoft.
There is no advice I could give that Microsoft has not already implemented or exceeded in my expectations.
