Get much more money.
A lot of smart people, and a lot of rain in Seattle. Of course, you must be the person who loves raining :)
Boring, since it's a big company with a long history. I guess people will lose motivation to develop themselves when working there.
After only 1 year working with them, I already lost my motivation to work.
And the traffic in Seattle is horrible. There's no public transport; you must use your car, or you can walk. Ah, one more choice: you live next to the building.
Senior managers should sit together and find the way to boost their employees' motivation to work.
