The interview process involved many rounds, some more technical than others. Transparency regarding recruitment updates was limited, leaving candidates unsure about their progress.

Phone Interview: Interviewer was from the XBOX team and ran through my resume. Asked a couple of easy data structure questions: * Best data structure to use for a linked list. * Basic questions on my past experiences and projects.

There were 5 rounds from the department head to teammates. All questions were similar to those found on LeetCode. There was a system design round that was cloud-based. I was asked to explain the design from bottom up.
