I have enjoyed working for Microsoft most of my time. It has a lot of opportunities within the company.
Good learning courses and good testing training.
Entry-level salary is great.
It has reduced the benefit significantly, and a lot of people are leaving. It's just hard to retain people. No free meal.
It is hard to be a leader for Microsoft now. Try to make everyone know their titles will have good or bad effects. Without real incentive, it will not motivate people. MS will have a hard time.

It was a good, crisp, and to-the-chase interview. It consisted of 3 rounds, back-to-back, 45 minutes each. Round 1: OOPS Round 2: LLD Round 3: DSA coding round.
