Best company to work for
I feel that Microsoft cares deeply for its employees and appreciate the amount of attention my manager pays to my career growth. It is very comfortable to work there, and I feel like I am able to grow my career in a safe environment.
I do wish that the compensation was a bit more competitive to the rest of the tech companies around.

It was a good, crisp, and to-the-chase interview. It consisted of 3 rounds, back-to-back, 45 minutes each. Round 1: OOPS Round 2: LLD Round 3: DSA coding round.
