Pros

The work-life balance has been good if you are not targeting promotions and good bonuses.

Cons

The work is slowly getting stagnant, and much of the Azure code in different teams is now on maintenance mode. This means that you might be looking at spending 50 percent of your time reading up old code and fixing bugs there as compared to working on new features or extensions of existing services.
