My first interview was on campus at my University. After this interview, I was flown to Sydney for four on-site interviews. Three of the interviews were technical, and one was behavioral.

The whole hiring process took three weeks. Interviews are a pretty normal process, including: * Phone interviews * Screen interviews * Technical interviews * A lab interview with a review of what you did. Fun.

Ask about basic embedded interfaces like SPI and I2C. Discuss algorithms to sort data. Then, ask very detailed questions about the projects I have done before, using C++11 standard library.
