Tanking culture and an unhealthy environment
- Decent TC compared to other non-tech.
- Maybe better work-life balance? Though this is currently quickly changing.
- Rapidly deteriorating work environment and company culture.
- Difficult to find teams with competent peer engineers.
- Heavy corporate culture focused on optics and politics, with a strong disregard for technical excellence. It can feel similar to a heavily nepotism-driven environment.
- Used to promote work-life balance and stability at the cost of TC. Now it's rapidly becoming a sweatshop with stack ranking and monthly layoffs, all without the TC to compensate.
Either pay or treat your engineers better. This company is unrecognizable from the one I joined.

Easy-medium LTC questions. Easy sys design. Recruiter call. Initial phone interview. Final loop for 4 hours. Decision in less than a week. Post-offer process is quick. Friendly interviewers. Virtual onsite with video. Blind 75 is good.
