Work-life balance.
Good company and product direction.
Company culture is good, at least for my team.
Engineering system is bad. Code sharing is low.
DRI is high loading, but it depends on the team and luck. Overall, work-life balance is good.
Some parts, like hotfixes, are slow to a point that is very hard to imagine.
Good direction, keep going.
Engineering systems need improvement; there's too much redundant work.
