Good environment with good people and a lot of respect that comes with working at such a large company.
Top heavy, everyone trying to get to high-level jobs instead of doing their jobs. Higher levels taking credit for work done by their employees. Very internally focused; MS competes more internally than it does externally.

It was a good, crisp, and to-the-chase interview. It consisted of 3 rounds, back-to-back, 45 minutes each. Round 1: OOPS Round 2: LLD Round 3: DSA coding round.
