The interview process consisted of: * One screen with the recruiter. * Five technical interviews. The recruiter explained what to expect in the technical interviews. All interviewers were friendly and from the team I was interviewing for.

Contacted by a recruiter from MS. 3 rounds of technical interviews with senior engineers and managers. Some coding questions in LeetCode style and system design. Got the result within 1 day and accepted the offer in one month.
