I had a one-hour screen phone interview that lasted 30 minutes, which was just introductions. Then, seven days later, I had one technical interview. I did not get a callback, but there were many applicants.

1 intro interview 2 technical interviews Very ugly office, but great-looking interviewers. Got the offer after the second technical interview. Turned down due to low pay. Might reconsider in the future.

Update: I'm glad I finally got rejected and got to the end of this "nightmare". You don't know who your recruiter is, and they care even less who you are. Everyone you can reach ignores you or is indifferent. Thank you, Microsoft. Sincerely. Bad ex
