- Plenty of room for career growth
- Does not practice what it preaches in terms of its fight against global warming. Corporate flights should be obsolete and replaced with Teams meetings, but yet MS is one of the top corporate buyers of flights still. As someone with climate anxiety, it pains me to work for a company that can make a huge impact here but chooses not to.
- Re-orgs are common and scary.

Keep corporate flying to 2020 pandemic levels. This is low-hanging fruit in the fight against climate change and would save the company and its shareholders millions.

Applied on their company website, and about two weeks later, the hiring manager reached out to schedule a technical screening interview. After completing the screen, I proceeded to four virtual onsite interviews.
