Chill work, but mid benefits
WFH (for now at least) Work is pretty chill (most of the time). Pay is OK (could be worse).
Benefits such as transport reimbursement are awful, especially when compared to folks in main HQ.
Pretty sure AI will be this company’s downfall. Folks should jump ship as soon as all their stock awards vest.

Applied on their company website, and about two weeks later, the hiring manager reached out to schedule a technical screening interview. After completing the screen, I proceeded to four virtual onsite interviews.
