Nice people, but the codebase sucks
The team is really great. People are helpful and friendly. It's a growing team, with new guys joining every week. We are all young and energetic and share lots of interests in common. It's really lots of fun working with them.
We are working on a huge codebase built with lots of out-of-date tech. Most of the senior guys are in Redmond, which makes things worse.
It's really a great place for working; however, it would be even better if we could slow down and focus more on infrastructure. That would make developers' lives much easier.

Applied on their company website, and about two weeks later, the hiring manager reached out to schedule a technical screening interview. After completing the screen, I proceeded to four virtual onsite interviews.
