Lots of cocky, high-ego folks and even more old-fashioned politics. Wasted time and effort on bureaucracy.
Everything moves slow, but not for the sake of attention to detail or customer experience. Everything moves slow because everyone thinks too highly of themselves to give in.

Software Engineer
Applied on their company website, and about two weeks later, the hiring manager reached out to schedule a technical screening interview. After completing the screen, I proceeded to four virtual onsite interviews.

The interview process consisted of 4 rounds. There were three LeetCode rounds and one system design round. The LeetCode problems were medium to hard level, and the system design round was high-level.
