Depends on the manager. But generally, teammates are caring and supportive. There is little red tape to go and fix things when it's necessary, even if it's not your given task (as long as it makes sense).
Depending on the role, it could get a little dry or repetitive over time. The only solution is to take initiative and fix new types of problems when they are detected.
