- Rewards are not strictly proportional to merit. While low performance isn't punished as much, good performance might not be rewarded as much.
- While this isn't an issue with 99% of teams, work culture in terms of productive output can be simply bad in a few teams with incompetent managers.

Software Engineer
Applied on their company website, and about two weeks later, the hiring manager reached out to schedule a technical screening interview. After completing the screen, I proceeded to four virtual onsite interviews.
