1-hour online screen, followed by a 4-hour virtual onsite loop with HR and prospective team members. I had very nice interviewers and somewhat competent recruiters. I would say prepare very hard using LeetCode!

The interview process consists of four technical interviews. All were LeetCode-based questions: * Three array-based questions * One graph-based question The last interview was with the Tech Head and was behavioral.

Great experience. The questions were tough, but they have their standards to meet. Applied through an employee referral, cleared the phone screen, then drove to Redmond for the full onsite. Had three interviews there the same day.
