Everyone there was very nice and seemed to enjoy the work they were doing. The project I worked on gave me a great amount of autonomy, with as much help as I needed. Folks on my and other teams were responsive to any questions I had and really made the whole experience great!
Microsoft does not offer an on-site gym or free food like other tech companies. They do, however, seem to pay a bit more and get you a membership to a gym of your choice (many top-tier).
