Lots of overtime. Many projects for interns aren't very fun or useful for their later careers; it depends on the team you end up in. Technologies and the codebase are often from the 90s. Ask the recruiter for a specific team; it will change your entire experience there. Poorly handled WFH (we ended up working over virtual machines on our own laptops when offices closed), but that was an industry-wide issue.
