Relatively stress-free, supportive culture with opportunities for further education.
They do not care much about the content of your work and the output from the internship, as the main (and possibly only) goal of the internship is to see whether you would fit in the team for a future full-time position. I felt very unproductive and did not feel like the internship project would help me to grow as a software engineer.
