Awesome culture, great work-life balance.
No cons from my internship.
It's mainly two interviews with two different engineers. Most of the interview is about problem-solving. Each engineer gave me some problems (1-3 problems), and I tried to find the best solution for them.
It's pretty selective. You send in your resume, and they select candidates for a phone interview. In the interview, they ask a bunch of questions about past experience, and then get to technical questions.
Two back-to-back 45-minute final interviews. Received interview request one month after applying in September/October. No online assessment or recruiter phone screen was conducted. Listing was for a full-stack software engineering internship.
