It has great stability and many areas to which you can switch during your career. It also has many benefits.
The company is too huge, so you won't be able to make a lot of difference there. Since there's a reasonable amount of people on each team, things are changing.
But until now, it seems that there's not too much integration between completely different teams. It's hard to reuse what they did.
It would be nice to spend some time improving the internal tools used by the company, because a lot of them are really outdated.
