Good salary, not sure about the campus as I was remote. People are smart, lots of intern events. I don't know anything else.

Every ounce of innovation not directly related to the project at hand seems to be shot down and punished.

I was working on software for Windows not updated in 20+ years. I saw my manager give great ideas and was told there just wasn’t space for that right now and he should focus on bug fixes.

I got a bit behind on my project and my manager berated me and my spec. I had to write this 5-page spec about the project before I could code, and then when it took a long time my manager got mad, saying it should have been done by now: "Why haven’t you started coding?"

The criticism and lack of trust in my ability to get the project done corroded my self-esteem and motivation. I left the summer after pulling several all-nighters for the demo and with a bad taste in my mouth.

Never work here.
