Incredible people are willing to share their knowledge regarding your/their current work and general industry and company knowledge.
WFH/Office is completely optional. Working hours are flexible - just get your work done.
They do not expect experience from interns. You can always say you do not know something and will be given a few days to learn it. You are free to ask everyone for help (and they do help!). They have an understanding for your uni obligations (exams).
Even though you are an intern, you feel like a part of a team.
Office: There is a kitchen: coffee, refreshments, and some food like ice-cream, snacks, popcorn, etc. Ergonomic chairs and desks that can lift up so you can stretch your back and work standing.
You are constantly learning new things, so you can get burnt out, especially if you're studying for uni. Flexible working hours are a double-edged sword. Sometimes it is great, but when you're stuck on a problem, you can end up working more than you should.
