I did not encounter any cons during the Codility programming challenge.
Continue with Codility before the interview. It helps applicants to get an idea about what types of programming exercises they are expected to answer.

Software Engineer (Internship)
Resume screening (got referred by an employee) and 2 OA questions, 1 medium and 1 hard. Then 3 virtual interviews. The questions are much easier compared to the OA: 1 basic system design about the project and 2 easy LeetCode questions.
