Excellent structure for an internship, encouragement to work with other teams.
Not Microsoft's fault, but COVID made this internship a bit frustrating. No merch and difficult to properly engage with the company.

Software Engineer (Internship)
You have to pass a HackerRank OA, which has two questions: one easy and one medium/hard (mine was DP). Then, a behavioral assessment and finally a 3-hour behavioral + technical interview with three different interviewers.
Software Developer
Average interview. Nothing special. Answers coding questions, etc., etc. Nothing particularly stood out as unusual or out of the ordinary, so it's alright. Would recommend. No complaints. So just don't mess up the questions.

The interviewing process included multiple stages, such as a number of phone calls and interviews where we were asked to solve programming problems. We had free choice over the language in which we solved the problems.
