I can't say enough good things!
There are so many pros to working at Microsoft. For one, all of the people I interacted with were very bright and pretty easy to talk to.
Microsoft also provides so much of what you need to get your job done well in terms of resources. Also, the compensation and benefits are superb.
I look forward to returning full time after graduation.
I honestly can't think of any. Perhaps I just experienced the "honeymoon" phase. Should I encounter some cons upon my return, I will try to remember to return and update this post.
