Try to reduce elitism and make a healthy environment for new people, especially those who belong to humble backgrounds or did not get so much exposure early in their lives.

Very dissatisfied. The person asked about my experience and what work I did, but wasn't ready to listen. I know my experience better than they do, so they should have listened. It wasn't even their domain.

It was a good, easy DSA question in the first round, along with some CN questions. They discussed my resume and projects mostly. I really liked the interviewer. I went to the HR round; the interviewer was friendly and helpful.
