It's pretty selective. You send in your resume, and they select candidates for a phone interview. In the interview, they ask a bunch of questions about past experience, and then get to technical questions.

It was pretty straightforward. You usually apply to join a team, and I interviewed with two teams. For the team I ended up joining, I did one phone interview, then four back-to-back technical interviews.

The process for advancing to an in-person interview involves five steps. Legal employment at Microsoft Nigeria requires NYSC graduation. You must be 18 years of age and have Microsoft Teams set up and ready.
