- Great company culture with regards to personal growth. So many people support you with where you want to grow.
- Everyone is very friendly.
There can be periods of time when you are not on a project. These can be a tad boring, but you can use this time to learn new technologies and explore other areas of Microsoft.
Maybe do more team-building activities towards the beginning of onboarding, especially for interns.

Cloud Solution Architect
Multiple phases, all virtual. They were really good and really required you to do your research! Had a briefing before the interview where I was given the names of those who would be interviewing me, so I could research them on LinkedIn, etc.
Software Engineer
The interview process had multiple rounds. I had to conduct technical and behavioural analysis in the interviews. I also had an in-person presentation on a topic they sent to me in advance of the interview.
Azure ACE Engineer 2
Good, very interesting work. Customer-facing Azure cloud specialist work, dealing with top Azure customers in all verticals. The team is part of the Engineering group with global coverage. Travel is not much required.
