- Everyone is very friendly.
There can be periods of time when you are not on a project. These can be a tad boring, but you can use this time to learn new technologies and explore other areas of Microsoft.
Maybe do more team-building activities towards the beginning of onboarding, especially for interns.

Data Engineer
It was well-structured and really good in terms of finding out how much subject knowledge you have regarding the role. The interviewer was very thorough and down-to-earth, which put me at ease as opposed to other interviews.
Cloud Solution Architect
Multiple phases, all virtual. They were really good and really required you to do your research! Had a briefing before the interview where I was given the names of those who would be interviewing me, so I could research them on LinkedIn, etc.
Software Engineer Trainee
I had an interview with HR and the software engineering team leader. It was very easy, and they didn't go in depth. I didn't prep at all. I definitely got it with no problems, and I will get a job offer.
