I was hired based on the phone interview. I was referred to the position by my previous boss at Microsoft, who recommended me to the hiring manager. He emailed me to set up a phone interview. After the call, I waited for one week before the recruit

The whole process was very streamlined. There were two remote technical interviews that were LeetCode Medium. There was a bit of talking before the coding started. One interviewer was a little cold, but the other was very personable and supportive.
