Fantastic Program, Random Teams
The Microsoft intern program is truly fantastic. Although there is variation in experience depending on what team you are on (a pretty random process), I had a great team and manager who gave me an impactful project.
There is great WLB and interns were not overworked at all. So many fun events like Puzzle Day, and it is amazing to be among so many smart interns.
Great benefits! Super high return rate as well!
No free food. Some of my friends in the internship had bad managers or teams, and it all is random based on what team you get.
